    Having seen several negative comments with regards the Practice it was with trepidation I attended my appointment. The new Doctor was nothing but thorough on both his questioning and examination. He listened. He explained. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. His pleasant manner put me at ease straightaway. Apparently, it was his first day as a Doctor at the Practice. What a great impression he has made. Let us hope he remains at the Practice. He will, without doubt, be a great asset. I also, saw the nurse for a blood test. She too, was friendly, caring and put me at ease. The receptionist was polite, helpful and also very pleasant. I can honestly say that my experience was an enjoyable one. Far from the negative and derogatory reports I had read.

    I went for screening ECG. The nurse was courteous, careful and friendly the whole process was fully explained. I even got a print out. Perfect.

    Mum saw a doctor on Monday but is still feeling unwell so I made a Patchs request on her behalf this morning. I received a phone call from the surgery within 5 minutes and was given an appointment for her this morning. Since being introduced, I have found the Patchs system a really effective way of contacting the surgery and have managed to get all appointments requested. At the surgery, all staff have been welcoming, helpful and do a great job! Thanks to all.

    I have nothing but great things to say! So amazing to get through to a practice and have someone be so helpful and really wanting to help and go above and beyond for a patient! Professional caring and attentive. Myself and my daughter are So grateful :)

    I explained to the receptionist that I simply could not get into the NHS App. As a patient who never goes to the GP. I have never had to order a repeat prescription. Having just been discharged from Harefield Hospital after having a rather serious procedure, the last thing I wanted was to do battle to get my medication. However, this was not the case. When I rang the surgery yesterday A very sweet receptionist asked me for a list of the medications I needed. She said this would be passed to the Prescription Nurse. Low and behold, the medication was waiting at The Malt House Pharmacy ready for collection today (20/08/24). After all negative things I have read regarding the practice, I have to say I could not have been treated any better. Well done everyone, thank you and keep up the great work.

    I feel very fortunate to be a patient at the Harefield Practice because over the last few months I have had several appointments and tests there to investigate an ongoing medical issue that has been worrying me for quite some time. Initially I attended the appointments with trepidation but now I feel that I am in a welcoming and caring environment as the waiting area is comfortable with plenty of information leaflets I can read while waiting for the doctors; there is also a rolling TV screen that provides me with hints and tips to stay healthy as well as local information that I was not previously aware of and this relaxes and calms me while I am waiting to be called. The doctors I have seen have been very patient in explaining tests results to me and have also promptly liaised and made referrals to consultants at Hillingdon Hospital where I am having other treatment. In the past I used to attend doctor’s appointments with trepidation but now when I leave I feel safe and well cared for by the whole team at the Harefield Practice and I am truly grateful

    Outstanding receptionist, went over and above her job role in sorting out my issue. By correcting an issue with my prescription we did not require the input of a GP.

    Was greeted by a friendly team at front desk who did not leave me waiting long. They dealt with my queries sufficiently and was even greeted nicely by management - you find not many practices have time for you now days but this one is willing to listen and help.

    i came to the practice and had a issue with my prescription the lady at the front desk told me there is now a designated phone line just for the prescription clerk . she also told me they have a new automated 24/7 phone line where you can order your prescription over the phone. I called the prescription line that was engaged but got a phonecall 4 hours later and my prescription issue was sorted.

    Everything was so easy and just so precise, reception girls just could help me enough, so polite and so friendly and went above and beyond to help, doctors were brilliant. I cannot thank this practice enough
