Having just registered with this practice, my first experience with the team has been very good. The reception staff I’ve had contact with are helpful, courteous, knowlgeable. The GP I saw was super, very thorough with a nice manner, easy to talk to, and at no point did I feel hurried. The practice itself isn’t large and had a nice ‘family community’ feel to it. However, it is part of a larger group so I assume they will have access to good support from the organisation which is equally important to me.

Receptionist was so helpfull. Dr100% helped and resolved my issues and concerns. Extremely caring and had time. Well done Harambee we need this surgery

The nurse went through everything in detail making sure that I was understanding what I was being told. She was extremely polite and cheerful, all these things made the visit pleasant and helped me with my gain knowledge about high cholesterol.

The staff are very friendly and approachable. Waiting times are quick and very efficient. I have had to visit my doctors on a few occasions sadly. Every time I have they have been very welcoming and I have been seen quickly with kindness and compassion. I cannot recommend enough.

Reception staff are exceptional and always very helpful. The GP took time to listen to me and provided great advice. Referrals were sent immediately.

I was seen very quickly by the GP who was very thorough. She has suggested a follow up appointment if the medication doesn’t cure my problem.
