Was seen on time. Nice to see the surgery getting back to normal. Was able to see the doctor of my choice. People here have been kind to me over the years and take the time to really listen to you.

Saw a GP last week after I coughed up some blood. They got me in very quickly and the doctor was very kind and patient with me as I had a few questions. He was very thorough in testing me and we found out I had pneumonia. Receptionists were also kind and helpful. Thank you for the prompt and kind service.

Always helpful and very supportive. Always keeping on top of everything. And are great listeners or ask them for help. Or ideas of next steps in health. Love them much, i will never change my drs.

The staff at the practice doctors nurses receptionists are all really helpful and lovely But trying to get an appointment is really difficult. I waited 5 weeks to get an appointment with the GP who knows me. I then have to wait another 5 weeks to have blood tests done. I will then have to try and get another appointment for the results which potentially will be at least another month. I don’t think this is really acceptable.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback, we're really pleased to hear you find the staff helpful and friendly. We're sorry to hear you find it difficult to book an appointment in a timely manner. We are currently releasing GP Appointments every 2-3 weeks, which we have found has helped tremendously with waiting-times so far. We review the waiting-time for all of our appointments on a weekly-basis at our Business Meetings, and review/action accordingly. We are aware however, there has been a national shortage of phlebotomy equipment, resulting in a backlog of blood tests required. We have opened up extra Nursing Appointments within our schedule to help tackle this backlog. I was seen on time and the examination of the cardiovascular system was most thorough, including assesment of the jvp a lying and standing blood pressure and an ecg Very pleased about that
