I had a very positive experience having a face to face consultation with a new doctor at this practice. Attentive, well informed and supportive. I felt that I was really being well looked after. I was less impressed when I was asked to provide my passport when I returned to pick up a sample kit that was unavailable at the time of my initial appointment. In over 30 years I have never been asked to produce my driving licence or passport at any doctors surgery. This was particularly time wasting and annoying as I had phoned to say that I was coming in to pick up the sample bottle. I had not been warned that I would need to produce evidence of my identity. If this is a new policy then it would be helpful if patients were warned before making a wasted journey.

I saw the GP who listened and took time to discuss several issues. She was friendly, engaging, attentive and had a human touch with a good sense of humour.

I was seen on time. I have no serious symptoms but was requesting a precautionary test. This is now being provided. GP took me seriously and was thorough and caring in the way I was dealt with.

I visited this practice to have my vaccinations for a trip abroad. I found everyone I encountered very helpful...from the initial visit to reception to enquire what I need to do ...to the follow up call with the nurse...then the appointment today to receive my vaccinations. The nurse was really knowledgeable and helpful.

The doctors are very helpful and the last time I was thete, I was attended to straight away as I was coughing too much.

Very friendly and professional NHS Health Check. Explained the results and took an additional blood sample to ensure a cholesterol reading was included.
