I got appointment message to visit on Thursday with my baby at 10:30. I was there at 10:10 ask receptionist to check me in. she said your baby appointment for vaccination is at next Thursday not this. I show her my message that I get from surgery no date is mentioned just written Thursday so I visited this Thursday. She said its just human mistake I can make appointment for your baby at 13:50 I agree to her. I came back to home and call them before 13:50 to make sure is that my appointment is booked for today again they said 'yes. I visited gp with my baby again same day on time but they said me' u have to come again next Thursday we can't give vaccination to your baby. She'll get vaccination on her time. Too much mismanagement that I visited them with my few weeks old baby twice a day. I haven't slept with my new born baby just to visit gp.

I tried to get a sick note as I'd self certified for 7 days and my job needed it. After many phone calls I get a text for an app on the 15th Oct. I rang the surgery and was number one in the queue for 20 minutes so I walked to the surgery to see 3 reception staff sat behind the glass, only one dealing with patients. I strongly expressed my disappointment but they didn't care. The y couldn't be bothered to even give me a sick note for my job covering up to my app on the 15th and just said it will be back dated. Im poorly and don't need to be trying to phone the m constantly or have to go to the surgery with a bad chest. I should be resting and trying to get better. The only positive about this practice is the diabetic nurse, she is amazing.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Im sorry you felt the service you received fell short of your expectations. We do have a lot of team members in and around the practice and not all will be receptionists and while they may not appear busy, i can assure you that there are a number of roles that are carried out at the reception desk aside from answering the phones. I do however, appreciate it is frustrating if you are having to hold on the phone and this is why we have introduced our online triage forms which you can access on our website or via your app, by completing one of these forms, you can request appointments, fit notes and more and your request is sent directly to our clinical team. Today I had an amazing experience at my Guide Bridge Medical practice. Advance clinical practitioner was very helpful and compassionate, I felt HP communicated with person centred care and has a high quality of emotional intelligence. Thank you

I have just rang the practice to get confirmation of my appointnent and spoke with a lovely receptionist who was lovely, I advised I could not get on my ap and she said no worries thats what am here for, her name begin with the letter H lovely telephone manner thank you

After completing the triage form I was called within the hour with a next day appt. Doctor called me at the time expected and was very thorough and professional. I have to say that the service I have received from the practice has been nothing less than excellent over many years . I would definitely recommend this new Triage service. I have used it a few times and have had positive results each time. Thank you to all the Staff

I phoned up yesterday at 4:30 to try and book an appointment, the rude, patronising receptionist refused to help and insisted I use the website the next day. There was no justifiable reason why she couldn't just book me an appointment which was for routine follow up blood tests. They've tried to automate everything so they don't have to do anything but it isn't working. If this practicenwas a vets, I wouldn't even take my dog there.

Dear Keith, Thank you for your feedback, Im very sorry to hear you are unhappy with your recent experience at the practice. Our online triage form is available Mon-Fri 7.30-4pm and this is for routine requests, including test results. The form is only accessible during those hours, and therefore the receptionist was correct to advise to try and again the next day, although we are more than happy to fill this form in on your behalf, time restrictions still apply. All our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes and we will look into this matter further. Boys needed blood waited 5 months then go appointment not been chasing blood results for 4 weeks had to ring up my self to get them as they don’t know how to ring up. ( patients grandparents are not allowed to do this) Now as I go them my 4 yr old has to wait a further 3 weeks for an appointment Had to put formal complaint in and 1 week later still waiting they make appointment to wind you up make you annoyed. All people want is the right service is it a wonder the NHS is on its arse with staff like this.

I have to have my bloods taken every 12 months due to the medication I am on. My bloods are due in October 2023. After ringing numerous times to be told there is no appointments I was asked to ring in January. When I rung them still no appointments I finally got one in April 2024!! Now I have the results and a text to say the doctor needs to see you to discuss the results, and I was asked to telephone the surgery to get an appointment. 3 times I have rung to be told no appointments just keep trying, today they told me from 9th may there is a new system and I have to fill in a form. I asked what do I put in the form as I’m not unwell I’m only making the appointment as you have asked me to discuss my results receptionist said I don’t know what you need to put but keep trying. Each time you ring your on hold for an hour trying to get through it’s a joke, let’s hope my results aren’t serious!! That’s if I’m still alive when they let me have an appointment Disgusting service from a surgery that used to be brilliant

Having booked a telephone appointment earlier in the day, i was rung up later to say they have cancelled it. Due to the fact they are switching to a new appointment system, when asked how i can make another appointment they told me they didnt know!! And to ring up after the 9th of May to rebook on the new system?? So how do i rebook on the new system if they dont even know!! This practice need an overhaul.

Called at 8:01 for an appointment, telephone service advised to press 1 for a call back and place in the queue saved, called back at 8:54 and told no appointment for my 4 year old daughter and I should stay on the line for an appointment - terrible service making people miss out on appointments through no fault of their own
