    My son has long term health condition. He wasn't checked for ages now. Just wanted him to be checked and book blood tests to make sure he is ok. Called this morning asking if I can make an appointment with the doctor. Receptionist asked me to call after 8am and then doctor will call me back. I am all day at work 8am till 5.30pm. Can't wait all day waiting for a call back. And I don't want phone consultation! Do disappointed. Thinking of leaving them. This is not a first time we went through this all when my son was poorly. I don't even contact them anymore when I am ill . Had enough.

    Having had many problems due to the so called diabetic nurse changing my medication against my will. I've had my diabetic review cancelled 20 minutes before my appointment. I have to take time off work unpaid to attend my Dr as I work in London. It's been rescheduled when I'm on holiday so have no idea when I will be able to attend. I was informed I would be contacted about a plan for new medication still waiting for a call a month later Shocking lack of care

    Dear Patient Today our Healthcare Assistant notified us early this morning that she was poorly. My assistant then sent cancellations at 7.30am to those patients' affected. From looking at the appointment list, there were four diabetic checks/appointments that needed to be rearranged. We are really sorry that we had to cancel this morning's appointments, however, when staff are sick it is unavoidable. Unfortunately, due to the anonymous nature of your feedback, we are unable to respond directly to you. If your issues are not resolved to your satisfaction, please do contact Liz Perryman, Practice Manager via the surgery.

    On my recent occasion and all previous, I've been able to book an appointment through the online form in the morning. Doctors very quick with response and always take their time to listen to concerns

    I ordered my diabetic tablets well in advance of a planned holiday. Collecting them today only to be told that they do not have any Metformin due to a shortage. They had informed the GP last week that they couldn’t supply and can they substitute with a different tablet . No response from the GP at all after 4 working days. Pharmacy said that I must ring the GP after about 1hour they finally answered the phone. I was then told that I must wait 48 hrs for the change in medication. Bad news I am going on holiday on Friday so the chances are that I won’t be able to get my medication in time. Absolutely worst news I could have as I will run out of tablets while away.

    I have tried for, fours days to get an appointment by ringing at 8am each morning. I get through at around 8.50 to be told “sorry, no appointments left”. How are you meant to be seen when you’re doing as they say, calling each morning and still can’t get an appointment? Ask to speak with a practice manager and inform their on annual leave. Request to speak with their senior and told nobody is available.

    On steroids and as my ankles was swollen like elephants and my heart was fluttering,was so worried went to chemist for some advice and the pharmacist took one look and said you need to go over the doctors straight away. Went over as told and the receptionist just dismissed me straight away you will have to ring tomorrow. I didn't come over off my own back I was told too, so don't know weather to take them or stop them now I really think the receptionist could have had a word with a doctor for me didn't mean I needed an appointment. So uncaring they just dismiss you, now I don't know what to do

    Over 2hour 20 minutes to get though to the surgery for the receptionist to be so so rude I'm a man that can't do these online forms and by the time I get through I can't get to see a doctor the receptionist are extremely rude and there is no need for them to be so rude now I don't want to ring the surgery if that's how I'm spoken to

    I have been with this surgery over 30 years and I can't believe how much it has changed and sadly not for the better the receptionist and doctors are very rude .I have to ring for an appointment 27th in the cue 2hours 20 minutes later to be told haven't got anything for today ring back a 8am tomorrow just to be told the same thing I can't do the online form my eyesight bad and my fingers too what am I meant to do I can't get to see a doctor and to be honest I don't want to ring the surgery when the staff are so so rude I was brought up with respect I want to be treated with respect this is a sad sad time

    Was at this surgery for about 8 years until recently and had had enough of trying time and time again to get through to get an appointment. Every time over 20 odd in a queue. Then to be told full to capacity call back tomorrow. Had to right a letter last year to get an appointment at one point. Have now changed to a new surgery in the same area and oh, what a difference. Ring for an appointment at my new surgery and am only 1st or 2nd in the queue. Receptionists are friendlier and can get to see a doctor. Don't get sent to the hospital to get a blood test either. They're done in the my new surgery.... No comparison. Greenview surgery has gone really down hill and are still hiding behind covid. I'm so glad I changed surgeries. Would not recommend this surgery.

    You call at 8am as instructed practice manager recorded message directs you to email (anima Service) for triage you do this, you go through the whole registering process, leave your medical information and problem details to get a reply no capacity try again tomorrow. You ring surgery again listen to same message then join the call queue after 40mins being 15 in the queue you ring off . Then you try again and again and again spending hours on the telephone. This practice has gone to pot not recovered since covid restrictions ended. How do the elderly ,hard of hearing, chronically ill or people who do have emails cope. People are forced to go to A&E putting unnecessary pressure on those services .There will be serious consequences! one star review as no minus option.
