Helpful staff from reception to doctors to pharmacy. Was given enough time to discuss my issue with the Doctor. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Friendly staff and always ready to listen with no rushing you out after consultation Always available in a number of ways and follow up after tests. Physiotherapist helped with my poorly knees with an exercise routine which has improved my mobility.

I attended for my medication review. The GP was extremely thorough. I subsequently had a further test for bowel cancer and an ultrasound test.

Once the scans and consultations began, I felt that we began to make progress. It was at this point that the practice pushed to investigate my abdominal pains. There is still more investigative work to do, but I am happy with the work my GP has done, as well as other GP’s in the practice

I was away from home and needed some further help/medication following a recent infection which came back. I rang the surgery and waited 30 minutes to speak to someone. The call handler only replied to my enquiry with a flat "no" and did not even ask for my name. I managed to get into the local GP near where I was staying and in under 30 minutes attended their drop in clinic, saw a GP and got the necessary meds from their surgery, this is what I call customer service, please look at improving your service.
