Always manage to get an appointment with a clinician on the same day when I ring up to make one . All the GP's , nurses, HCA's, pharmacy staff, administration staff are all very helpful, empathetic , and will do their utmost to help you. Always a clean and tidy reception area and surgery rooms.

Appointments easy to get. Telephone easy with pressing 1 for the receptionist to call back the receptionist was very helpful in helping me get the right appointment.

All staff at Greens Norton surgery, doctors, nurses, pharmacy and reception are as helpful as possible and very caring

Well run and organised practice with excellent GPs and nurses. Always had a good experience in the 14 years we have been going to the practice.

Always helpful and efficient and don’t have to wait long for an appointment although I’ve only needed the nurse recently

The practice are very friendly, caring, and compassionate. Staff were welcoming. I was surprised it was a Saturday morning clinic. I didn’t have to wait long the clinic and the GP practice were clean and warm member staff. I saw with knowledgeable and had time to discuss with me my appointment and any concerns I had
