I only joined the practice in Feb 2024. On my first visit with a doctor there who referred me on a 2 week wait to Breast Clinic at NGH. Within that time I have been diagnosed with dcis breast cancer and will have surgery soon to remove this. I am extremely grateful for his vigilance.

My first visit to the practise was amazing, I’d had a consultation, blood tests, hospital procedure and results within 2 weeks of first visit. What a lovely team, thank you

The doctor I saw was a good listener and fully understood my needs/concerns and was happy to discuss various treatments etc

I attended a Gp appointment recently. I was impressed at how quickly I was sble to be seen (next day). The receptionist was kind snd helpful. I recentlyhad an appointment with a GP. He was very kind and I was impressed with his professionalism in how he managed my referral.

Seen on time. Fast and efficient response to my medical issues and well explained. I left feeling reassured. I even received a follow up call and had assistance with booking my appointment at the hospital

I may have to wait to get through on the phone and wait for an appointment but everyone that I have ever dealt with at the surgery has been friendly, helpful and professional, even in the recent very busy times

I have been having problems with my hip for several months now and finding it hard to continue to work but after my last visit meditation was issued and for now the problem is under control but it took me two appointments with other doctors and phone appointment .I then got an appointment with my actual Doctor and was sorted within 10 minutes so I now can continue to work without having severe hip pain
