Dr was excellent - efficient, effective and sympathetic. Put in place a strategy to move forward with hospital treatment . Good booking system. Can get rapid appointment.

I felt really comfortable and the nurse I saw was very informative and made me feel very relaxed, she also explained what she was doing and why she needed to carry out certain procedures

When I couldn't get an appointment by calling in because there was a long queue I used the online triage system and had a quick response with an imminent appointment which resulted in a review of my medication and a referral for further investigation.

Easy to get an appointment, all the staff are friendly and professional. My GP is extremely approachable and very thorough. You get the impression he really cares

Receptionist listened to my symptoms and arranged appointment with Dr same day. Dr very professional and handled my symptoms sympathetically and gave instructions by text how to arrange xray. Brilliant surgery we are very lucky.

The appointment was 20 minutes late @ 9.05 in the morning. Tbe Dr pleasant and interesting i do mot jave the time to continue

I contacted the surgery at 10 am and was able to see a prescriber (?) nurse that day. She was lovely; I didn’t feel a nuisance as I have done elsewhere. I left the surgery feeling positive.

Seen by a very proficient and pleasant nurse. Appointment on time. Easy to make an appointment via the new online system which saved phoning and waiting in a queue.
