Always helpful in Reception and Pharmacy. I have been offered COVID vaccination recently with no delay.I have found difficulty using the recent on-line appointments system because the information on line does not make it clear enough how to see a specific doctor. It can be done once you you know how! I use the repeat prescription service regularly and it works very well.

I have had a sinus/chest/mucus problem for 7 weeks now, I've had 5 visits to the surgery and in that time see 4 different doctors and clinicians. Frustrating the problem hasn't been sorted out yet as stops my normal daily routine, sleeping and eating. What is more frustrating is that the diagnosis has changed between the consultants, and therefore the treatment. Hopefully my visit to Greens Norton this week will help sort the problem out.

Rang for appointment , it was next day and dealt with professionally, prescription sent to local pharmacy that might I could start medication straight away

Received a prompt phone consultation with doctor followed by a thorough examination and advice. I couldn't visit the surgery that day due to symptoms of Parkinsons Diseaseèir so I was very grateful for the home visit on the same say I contacted the GP

last June i was due to have a total hip replacement i had had all my pre op tests i was then informed it was cancelled due to abnormal blood results i was seen that afternoon at the surgery bloods were taken and i was referred for a CT scan which was done the following week i was tol;d my blood results were still abnormal and was seen by my named GP who gave results of my scan and fast tracted me to the hospital it was all done very quickly and i felt that i was beinng listened to and given good explanation of what was happenning
