Two telephone appointments booked and no phone calls. Practice noted on patient notes that I didn't turn up. I was waiting by the phone both times. Apparently they spoke to someone who wasn't me, broken data protection here

By far the worst appointment system i know of it is almost impossible to get one just get told there are no appointment even though you ring every day at 8am and no online available think its time to move to another

Tried 4 times to make an appointment to see a doctor and still haven't managed to get one. After waiting nearly an hour, twice the phone cut off both times, pressed 1 for the call back service twice and no call back.

After an error made by a doctor I required my bloods to be retaken. The doctor was excellent and very apologetic but it was human error and I wasn't bothered as said the doctor was amazing. However this was not the same from the admin side. Doctors called me I called back they didn't know who had called me I was advised they would speak to the doctor and call me back with results . No one called so I called at 522 asking for results to which I was told they were still with the doctor. I asked could a message be given to the doctor as it's regarding meds and closed until next tue therefore waiting over 10 days for meds. Receptionist no and repeated they're with the doctor. I advised I wasn't happy and it wasnt my fault again she advised call back next week it was the can't be bothered uninterested get off the phone approach attitude and tone of her voice. Very disappointed which could have been avoided with the correct approach attitude and interaction. Again previous interactions and the doctor was excellent

Almost every prescription i have received I had somthing missing or i was been given thing i never asked for i have writen on the prescriptions asking them to make sure all my item are sent to the pharmacy and guess what yep i have to ring them again to order the items i never received once i can understand but every time come on more care needs to be taken with peoples prescriptions people lives are in your hands

We are sorry to hear you are having problems with your prescription. If you email our Complaints Manager Debbi Whitwell at debbi.whitwell@nhs.net she will be able to look into the issues for you. The safest way to order a prescription is via one of the health apps such as the NHS App. You can see your list of medications and order the one's you need to be sent to your nominated pharmacy. We would encourage you to use this method.
