After being put on hold several times this week, I tried e-mailing my question regarding how I go about renewing my prescription exemption certificate. As a patient with a chronic condition I assume it will be automatically renewed by my GP but on the NHS website it states that I must contact my GP service. Frustratingly I have yet to receive a response. I’m also concerned that I haven’t seen my GP in two years. I would have liked a face to face check up after my last medication/ birthday review.

Feedback is important to us and helps us learn where improvements can be made. You will need a medical exemption renewal form that is available in practice. Please pop in and speak to the reception team about getting one.
