I had an appointment with the Dr and had a good experiance. I felt heard and respected. I got treatment and the Dr was kind enough to book me for a follow up appointment.

I want to say thank you to the nurse. She saw me for a smear test but could see I was feeling unwell. She took my blood pressure and advised on what i need to do next. Helped me book an appointment and made sure I was ok before i left.

For someone who isnt well and you visit your GP to see all staff smiling and saying hello. Makes a world of difference.

I came on the live chat and the service i got was great. I was able to book an appointment but further more express how i felt with no judgment. The person on the other end was very caring and made me feel better about the process of my appointment.

All staff are polite and gentle when speaking, they listen and are attentive towards patients as are the Doctors.

I like the new automated service when calling the practice. The reception team assist with all my issues and I particularly like the live chat function. It has helped me get my issue across without having to walk out of the office and make a phone call. I can sit at my desk and get my issue across.
