The administrative staff is efficient, and appointments are easy to schedule. The Dr is attentive, and their genuine concern for my well-being is evident. I appreciate the warmth of the entire team.

I have been a diabetic since 2006 and need my medication on a regular basis. But since October 2023, November 2023 and December 2023 my repeat prescription has been missing several medicines. In November 2023 it took me 3 telephones calls averaging 30 to 45 minutes , 1 face to face appointment and 2 emails to have my Repeat prescription prescribed. I had to contact from any health professional to apologise or answer my concerns raised. Only today 30/12/2023 I have managed to collect the rest of my December repeat prescription!!! What a service??? I also tried calling the surgery but there are no telephonic options regarding prescription order or query about missing item about on a prescription. I requested to speak to the manager or any health personnel there but without any success. I seriously believe that the surgery is putting my health in jeopardy. Since October 2023 I had items missing on my prescription up to now. It takes ages to get this resolved and I cannot afford to waste my time to call the surgery lasting on average 30-45 minutes each time. This is very serious as they have just being ignorant. Why can’t they just get the repeat prescription right???

As a parent, I'm pleased with how child-friendly this surgery is. The staff is patient with kids, and there's a dedicated waiting area with toys and books. It makes the overall experience much more pleasant for families

I recently had a positive experience a. The reception staff was friendly and organised, and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The Dr was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I'm grateful for the excellent care I received.

The Clinical Total Triage System at GP Pathfinder Clinics is outstanding. It's efficient, ensuring that urgent cases are prioritized. My family and I have always received prompt and appropriate care, which is very reassuring

The 2-way SMS reception channel is brilliant. It makes communication with the clinic so much easier and more accessible. I can get updates and send queries without any hassle.

It is impossible to contact. I have tried for days to get in touch, they won't answer the emails or the phone. I have been more than 4 hours waiting in the queue for someone to pick up the phone, and when they do, they just hang up.

Getting an appointment is difficult as at triage usually you go full circle and they ask you to 1) call surgery only to call the surgery and wait 65 mins at one point to be hung up on 2)revert you back to an E-consult where it is rejected or again return to point 1 and call surgery Finally had the appointment was seen face to face by a wonderful doctor who put me forward for bloods went to speak with the team who immediately agreed to do the bloods the same day! When you have a green lights all the way through the experience is truly amazing and a stress relief. The nurse is lovely as always managing to get blood tests and my long awaited flu jab. Thank you for making the GP experience easy, but the initial start of the process needs to be worked on at triage
