I called the surgery at 08;00 and was called back within 10 mins for a consultation. A urine test was arranged for the same morning as well as a prescription. A fast and professional service, I couldn’t have received a better level of care.

used to be a good dr the past but he now only cares about his own free time and his money, he doesn't care about his patients. My mum and dad haven't seen this man for over a year. But since Vicky the new practice manager has started there has been a big difference. The old manager was work shy - nowhere to be seen and never knew anything and just made a mess. Vicky knows everything that's going on with mum and dad, is really good and sorting things out and booked us in with the lovely new doctor trainee who was brilliant. A lot of our neighbours have said the same. Always ask for Vicky.

I went in for a blood test and as usual dealt with efficient and friendly staff. Always ready to advise on any health issue. Nothing more to add other than this rediculous app that keeps telling me I haven’t used enough characters 🤬

I had an appointment with the clinician assistant (not the GP) on Thursday last week. I found her emphatic and thorough in her approach. A great addition to the team.

Doctor and all other staff at this practice are excellent. He gave me a first class service. He took his time to answer any questions comprehensively. I am very happy with this practice.

With a bit of perseverance, I finally managed to get a face to face appointment with my gp. The receptionists were helpful and friendly every time I called. The doctor listened to my problems and gave me his professional advice which I trust 100%. The only disappointing thing is that there seems to be a lack of communication between the different nhs services as my gp did not have access to the results of my recent blood tests taken at Watford a&e.

While I called too late to get an appointment today, I was directed to the website where I could post a description of my symptoms with photos. The doctor examined them and called back the same morning and prescribed me something quickly. Really convenient, considerate and very helpful.

Telephoned at 8 am. 6th in the queue.10 minutes wait for answer. Received a text with a short questionnaire about my symptoms. Doctor called me at 8.30. Excellent service.

I can always see the Doctor. The receptionist are so friendly always willing to help and resolve any issues
