Polite and efficient service. The reception desk understood my request and I was seen quickly. I am happy to recommend the GP surgery to others.

My son recently had an appointment . The Dr we see is exceptional - he is a true Family Doctor.He always speaks directly to my son ensuring he fully understands my sons issues and concerns. He is professional, empathetic ,caring and kind. The reception team are always very helpful and the new phone system seems to be working really well. There have been some real positive improvements in the surgery

My family and I have been patients at this surgery for years and I am sorry to say that the level of care is atrocious. From the elderly male GP who once told me that he did not deal with contraception and that I had to rebook with a female GP (!) to the receptionist who provided out of date information about where to get blood tests done and sent me to the wrong hospital. And recently the medical secretary incorrectly confirmed (in writing) a surgery referral for the wrong child, leading me to take half day off work to go to the hospital to be told I would need a new referral and new appointment with a different specialist. Overall feel very let down by the poor service.

I had recently acute problem which needed early assessment for investigation and treatment which was swiftly provided by Dr who has provided me Nhs servicse for many years .He was very caring and thorough in assessment.I am very pleased the way he has provided nhs service for many years

Well my Gp was ok and i can recommend them to sone of my friends. Getting better the reception staffs and them know what or how will entertain the patient's need.

Was seen recently by Locom GP , very courteous , listening my symptoms, action as necessary, went extra mile to check further investigation as necessary with hospital. Very happy . Long term patient for last 40 years

The main GP does not leave himself available for appointments the locums just like to tick boxes The term GP is meant to mean family doctor but.now it's all about the money Tey getting an appointment tent and the secretaries will frustrate the he'll out you bit as soon as ther is an opportunity to earn they are calling you in on a drop of a hat. Blood.pressure checks etc

Gp surgery is very nice staff is cooperative and Dr are very co operative and diagnosis process is very good. Quite lesser waiting time. I will recommend for this GP to my friends and family. only one thing that needs to be added is weighing machine and bp machine ro be installed on premises so it can reduce the dependency on Nearest zydus pharmacy. I had a bad experience with zudus pharmacy as they over charges for medicines compare to other pharmacies and staff is also not polite for zydus and no refund policy-as you leave the pharmacy. This pharmacy i will not recommend to any one.

I was extremely pleased to receive a callback to my call recently which saved me staying a queuing to wait for my call. The staff were then helpful to book me an appointment with clinical pharmacist and when I came to the surgery, I was called up straightaway and was cared for attentively. Thank you!

A family member booked in to see the GP via the receptionist regarding health issues. The doctor was not helpful and spoke so rudely accusing of wasting their time. There was no empathy and the doctor did not want to listen to the needs of the patient , then marched into the reception area to tell the receptionist off, for booking the appointment in the first place in front of a crowded waiting room. Complete waste of a morning. No professionalism shown. Stay away from this practice
