    Proud to be seen by Health care today- Attended for a normal Bp but had a full review, good, clear instruction and performance by staff. Made me welcomed and comfortable. Thanks

    I attended for my Diabetes appointment. I am pleasantly happy with the service received. Good knowledge and advice and explanation given by staff. Good patient service by staff member. Thank you

    I have had two poor experiences. It is not possible to request appointments by phone, only pre-recorded messages. The app is similar, I cannot submit requests after 7:15am or so and you have to try again the next day. I have tried 2 online consultations (which you have to do as you cannot request an appointment directly via app). The first time, I wanted help with a chronic condition (3 years) and after waiting a few days to be able to submit an app request, I got a response the same day telling me to read the NHS help pages for the condition. There was no way to respond, appeal to a human or ask for anything more. I went into the practice in person and explained I was dis-satisfied and wanted to see a doctor. The staff on the front desk were helpful and I did get a late appointment the same day. After waiting over an hour past the appointment time with many many people, I saw a doctor. The doctor referred me but I never had any follow up nor referral appointment and it was not possible to chase up without physically going to reception each time and asking. This is the only way to talk to a person and progress anything. But as everything is verbal, there is no record. If you have a job or otherwise cannot drop everything to queue at reception every morning you need help, this is not a good solution. Then again, you hopefully have private healthcare instead. My other experience was equally disappointing. My request via app this time was responded the same day and indicated medication had been prescribed to try. When I went to the pharmacy however, they had no record of this. Again, there is no way to chase this via app or via telephone. There is an email option with purported 48 hour turnaround or again, I need to speak to staff and go in person. I appreciate the hard work the staff put in what people do. Despite my poor experiences, all my interactions with staff were always polite and helpful and I was always treated with mutual respect. The technical barriers however make it extremely difficult to get to those helpful real people.

    I went in for a review, was informed by staff, in clear feedback that i had completed the review this year. She still completed my Bp and made sure I understood the instruction and advice given. Good friendly service. Would recommend this individual staff to anyone. Thanks

    I am new to UK, I saw the HCA this week for my Prediabetes appointment with my husband. She made me understand and discussed results with me. She made me comfortable as I had limited English, but she was Bilingual, which made it easy for me to communicate with her. I am happy with service as it was good , clear and easy communication. This was also typed by a friend of mine. Wanted to share my review on this individual staff member. Thank you

    I attended the service with my mother this week, and have been trying to post a review. Managed to find time and now posting a good service and content review. my mother was wrongly booked with the staff for Memory review. The Hca staff explained to us with clear instruction of the eligibility criteria and then signposted my mother to the clinician. I have yet booked and discussed with the appropriate clinician and also seen by the hca for a Blood pressure check. Happy with the service so far.

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting Goodman's Fields Medical Practice, and I must say that the service and behavior exhibited by the entire team were nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism and genuine care were evident, setting a positive tone for my entire visit. The doctors at Goodmanfield Health Centre are truly remarkable.   9. Review titled Extremely inefficient system to make advanced appointments

    Very bad system for a person who works full time wanting to make an advanced non emergency appointment to get bloods done. I need to arrange cover in advance for my job to get out of work making this system impossible for me to do that. Goodmans system now is only on the day appointments. I have to make an appointment for a doctor to call me back to clear that’s it’s ok to make an appointment to get my bloods done, not on a day that suits me with forward planning. This system is extremely frustrating and unhelpful.

    Impossible to get appointments . Staff not helpful at all . I am pregnant and have medical condition that needs repeat blood test and repeat prediction but instead of them contacting me I need to chase them . And remind them about test due . And even tho it’s impossible to get appointment with them face to face . Very disappointed and changeing practice today .

    Hi, Simona, we are sorry to hear that you have difficulty booking appointments in our surgery. We also offer Dr iQ online consultations, where a clinician will respond to you on the day. We offer out of hours appointments, 2 weeks in advance appointments and Saturday appointments, all subject to availability. We are sorry you felt that you needed to chase the surgery to repeat a blood test, we will take this as feedback to our admin meetings to implement changes and improve our services.
