The nurse taking my blood was warm , friendly , engaging and very efficient . Apparently this review is not long enough.........

I was offered a cancellation appointment for a Saturday morning by a very friendly member of the reception team for a coil removal, replacement and a cervical screen. I was advised what to do leading up to the appointment. On the day I was welcomed by a friendly GP and nurse who both made me feel completely at ease for what is an uncomfortable but necessary procedure. The nurse chatted to me all the way through and both checked I was OK and gave reassurance. I've always had a positive experience at Gloucester Road in my 20 years of being a patient there. Simply the best practice.

My 12 year old daughter who has severe and complex needs, saw one of the nurses today, my daughter was very distressed as she struggled to regulate with any medical appointment. The nurse was calm, kind and respectful, she suggested she saw my daughter in the car, making a difficult situation, much less stressful. She immediately knew what the problem was and my daughter was prescribed medication. We feel very fortunate to have the practice we do, they go above and beyond for our family.

i didnt have to wait overly long either for an appointment or booking one. Doctor was excellent- good listener, thoughtful, with sensible suggestions

I was promptly seen and assessed by a GP when I was unwell with abdominal pain The GP was thorough, kind and promptly referred me to the appropriate clinic. Very grateful for their expertise

I phoned regarding a problem and the surgery managed to get me an appointment to see the Practice Nurse the same day. She was very helpful and gave me some good advice as well as treating the problem.

A very helpful appointment with the physiotherapist who took a lot of time to assess and understand my symptoms. Quick follow up appointment given for treatment - very good service!

When I saw the Nurse today for my shingles jab it was the first time I had met her. She was lovely & put me at ease. I would be very happy to have her for another appointment in the future.

I have attended the surgery twice this month once for a GP appt and once for a blood draw/test. On both occasions the care and help that I have received has been excellent. Both the GP and HCA listened carefully and tailored their care to my needs. Reception staff have been great on the phone and in person re follow up bookings and results. Thank you!
