    I have been suffering from severe mental depression and chronic physical pain but I am not getting any face to face or urgent appointments. The current system is very inconvenient. You have to fill up an online form, then you’ll know within couple of days later that a telephone appointment has been allocated for you despite requesting for a face to face appointment, which says in between 9 am to 13 pm after a week or two from the date you filled out the form, unbelievable! The telephone line keeps ringing with nonsense music without telling you how long you’re going to wait and what’s your queue position number. Requested for an updated medical record and supporting letter, which was previously issued from the GP service free of charge and now the medical secretary phoned me to say I need to pay for this letter because it is a private work as per their policy?! It takes literally 2 minutes to go the medical history, change the date of the letter and print but they refuse because it’s not in their job role! They are more interested in selling than giving any service. Requested to speak to the practice manager and they cut the line off! I had to phone back, waited all over again and I was told that practice manager is busy but they will pass the message to contact me. I also sent an email to the generic email address of the medical centre but not received any automatic acknowledgement. The Glen Road Medical Centre has been merged with the Cumberland Medical Centre but gradually the services getting worse! I don’t know who is my GP doctor as random doctors give telephone consultations, and many of them act like robots and have hardly any compassion. The keep sending text messages to fill out forms to update their records despite filling these out several times already!

    Impossible to get an appointment. When you ask why, Admin will say because "there are too many patients, especially now that it's winter there are vulnerable patients and 20 week old babies". Understandable, but does this mean other patients are not priority? A medical issue that I should be able to go and share with my local gp, I cannot & we are always advised to just go a&e. Ever since merging with Cumberland it is so difficult to get an appointment. I am absolutely appalled by the service of Glen road Medical centre and it's staff towards patients.

    Whenever I called in, the reception staff have always dealt with my problem with diligence and care. They are very pplite and will always try to solve any problems they can. I'm glad I'm with this practice.

    I’ve had this problem at Cumberland Rd surgery the seats at the surgery are not fit for purpose for a disable person me personally need a seat like they have at Newham Hospital where they have arm rests so you can lever oneself up staff and doctors are very helpful that’s my moan for today

    I attended a cardiologist appointment today and found out I have blocked arthritis. I would like to thank the doctor who listened whe I was having problems whith my hart and double a table called isodur when I spoke to hart doctor today 21 December she seaid that could have potential saved my life as thay are one of the best for opening arthritis thank you very much
