I've had a mixed experience at this GP practice. The doctors are fantastic when you can actually see them, but getting an appointment is a real challenge. However, the real issue is with the reception staff. I understand it's tough dealing with patients all day — I work in customer service myself — but there needs to be more empathy and patience when communicating with people who are in pain or anxious about their health. I've been trying to get an MRI for months now, and when I finally found out from the MRI department that my results had been sent to the GP three days ago, I called to check if they were available. As a mother of two who works full-time, and struggling with increased pain, I was hoping for some reassurance. Instead, I was met with a blunt response, telling me I had to wait, that "I’m not the only one," and reminded this is the NHS — the same NHS I contribute to monthly. I understand the pressure they're under, but a little compassion could go a long way.

I was phoning on behalf of my father in law and the practice was so helpful to get a appointment at a hospital that he would attend.

I had an amazing experience with nurse beaverly giggs, she is very lovely and very supportive. She give very good advices and takes care of her paitents very well.

I was given prompt attention and thorough service. I didn't have any problems getting to the centre. I didn't have to wait for ages before I was attended to.

I like an idiot went to the wrong surgery I went to Glen road instead of Cumberland road , anyway Glen road receptionist phoned over to Cumberland they was so understanding, got a cab to Cumberland and even though I was late no one had a go no one was moaning . Got treated and understood very well. I was even offered flu jab which I did need , it was painless I did not know doctor done it he was that good.
