I contacted the surgery via the online form. I received a very quick response and I was offered a choice of appointments. Really pleased with this as having a choice helped me to work around commitments and get to see someone. Thank you

I submitted a query via the new system online. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call and later that day the team rang and organised investigations promptly. Thank you. Credit to the NHS.

I’ve just come to the end of having to have daily treatment after an operation.This has gone on for 5 weeks so I’d like to thank the whole team at giltbrook surgery for their care and professionalism!Thank you all so much

My dad has been extremely ill and in a lot of pain. As his daughter, this made me extremely anxious. However, due to the staff and the services at giltbrook surgery, my dad has been well cared for. The staff always reach out, always caring and lovely - with my whole family. I appreciate all who work at giltbrook surgery.
