Normally the nurses are are really good but today the young lad who took my blood wasn’t nice to deal with . No conversation I even asked him if he wants my date of birth! No engagement from him , bles a lot after and left really bruised and sore needed painkillers - maybe some more training?

Had a blood test here today and the phlebotomist was amazing. I’m usually very nervous but she was friendly and put me at ease. She got the test done really quickly and I barely felt it. I got seen as soon as I arrived and other people leaving were saying how quickly they were seen.
