    I filled my new registration form to be a new patient at the surgery and required some urgent treatment and as per the instructions on the NHS website, I can call the GP to be seen for urgent treatment. But the receptionist said that wasn't true and spoke rudely to me and hang up the phone without saying anything to end the call.

    being new to the GP practice i had a check up with the nurse to explain the medication im on and felt like i wasn’t listen to at all and my records were not seen from my old doctors. I asked if she could put my prescriptions to a different. pharmacy and her words are “ahhh i don’t know how to do that” so i go ill change it on the NHS app. I shouldn’t be saying this and she then goes no she will work it out. Felt not listen to one bit and disrespected

    We are sorry to rere that you felt that the nurse didn't listen to you, unfortunately you visited the surgery on a day when we had no access to our computer system due to a national outage, therefore the nurse wouldn't have been able to view your records or change your nominated pharmacy.

    I had an appt this morning at 10.10. I get there only to be told its cancelled. I asked why I wasn't informed and the receptionist said, "we were gonna phone people, you'll have to reschedule". I feel that this is a total lack of respect for people's time and found her attitude very flippant indeed.

    We are sorry that you were inconvenienced today, our nurse who you were due to see was in the building being sick at the time and had to go home. As this was happening at the time of your appointment it was impossible to let you know.

    Me and my family have been registered at numerous surgeries over the years. Nd without doubt this is the best. The online system is simply wonderful, I put a request in at 7:30am and 10 minutes later I have an appointment. My wife doesn’t like using the online system so she phones the surgery and gets through on the first try every time and never waits more than a couple of minutes to speak to someone. I honestly doubt there is another surgery in the country like this one. If every surgery was run like this the NHS wouldn’t have any problems.

    Overall even though the place is run down and in disrepair, the staff themselves were nice and pleasent people. The Doctor was very nice and explained things well. And the receptionist were fine. They seemed kind of over it and tired but I could imagine with their job. Otherwise they were professionally polite to me. I would recommend them as a GP so far. To make the appointment I used their online services from 7:30am and they called me back after 20 minutes to make an appointment the same day. So great fast service.

    Thank you for your review your comments are greatly appreciated. Our staff always endeavour to provide the best possible service they can. We do agree with the building being run down, unfortunately this is out of our control as it is an NHS property service building.

    They don't give you the timing you want to see, doctor. They are so rude and disgusting. Not enough experience, doctors or staff. We just go and sit there and wait for more then one hour. They are not helpful.

    Thank you for your feedback, which has been reviewed. We are confused by your comments as it appears that you have only ever been seen by very experienced GP's or physios'. We also can't find any appointment where you have had to wait longer than 14 minutes. If you would like to discuss your issues, you could make an appointment to come and talk to someone.

    Very efficient service made even better by the friendly manner it was done. An obvious knowledge of the individuals own personal medicine was very evident

    Applause for the new online booking system. Went online at 8; had a text about five mins later and doctor has already called by 9:20. I know I can’t expect this service all the time but impressed so far.

    I am try to register my new born baby, but this centre is like a ghost - nobody answers phone and after they did they just hung up after 1 hour waiting time. Can anyone do something about because this as I find it unacceptable?
