    I have tried using klinik and they did not call me back. Tried calling surgery and on hold for 47 minutes and then phone just rings until 6pm then cuts you off. This surgery is becoming terrible at communication and even answering the phone especially since recent upgrade

    Dear Patient I am sorry you have had reason to complain. If you could identify yourself to me, I will be able to trace your Klinik submission. However, I have done a system check & there are no unanswered Klinik forms. We have had difficulties with the telephones as we have been extremely short staffed due to unscheduled illness but 2 new care coordinators will be starting soon which should ease the situation.     I have been trying for 3 weeks to contact the practice to arrange an appoint for my contraceptive update. I have tried phone and the online form and have not been able to get through and have received nothing back

    Contacted GP on behalf of son at 0830: was able to share photos of medical issue and speak with nurse, appropriate medications prescribed by 0900. Very helpful and quick.

    Having a great deal of problems getting my prescription renewed especially towards the weekend and also contacting them

    Used the online klinik for the first time and whist i found the actual process a bit cumbersome the system worked. My request was processed quickly and I received a call less than two hours after submitting the form. I was contacted by the physio who was the most appropriate person for my enquiry who gave me great advice and arranged an appointment to see her at the earliest opportunity. Friary house has been my family surgery for many years and I can honestly say that even with the changes to phone triage and now online facility it has always delivered a great service so many thanks to all the staff there. Especially now in such difficult times for Plymouth Gp’s and the NHS in general.
