I contacted the surgery at 11.15 (no1 in the queue and answered in 3 rings) Dr phoned back at 11.30 and I had a face to face appointment at 12.15. Although the pharmacy was closed ax I wax leaving a member of staff accessed the system to give me the pharmavend code so I could collect my prescription. Everyone was so kind, efficient and reassuring.

Went to have blood taken yesterday, something Im not good with, as on previous occasions the Nurse I saw was totally fantastic. Everyone at the practice and the dispensary is helpful. Fantastic care all round. Thank you, we are very lucky to have this surgery in our community.

This was a great experience, staff is friendly, approachable and caring. I put in an e-consult form and received a prompt response and advice. I then contacted the surgery again per advice received and again service received was prompt and patient-focused. I am sure the surgery must be under pressure but patients care remains at the heart of what they do. Thank you to all staff at Fownhope.

I have been very grateful to this practice over the last few years. They are very well organised, responsive and efficient. Recently I was worried about a COVID infection and received a very helpful phone call very quickly. I also find that they follow up on test results and act quickly on them. I find that they offer a fantastic, friendly and helpful service even in these times of intense pressure. Thank you.

When your ill and worried you need a doctor's surgery that receives your concerns in a friendly, efficient, informed and responsive manner. Fownhope has repeatedly scored 10 out of 10 on every count for me and my extended family which includes several very critical healthcare professionals. For those leaving negative reviews I query your level of understanding and competency to do so and would suggest that you look elsewhere to pastures that I can assure you will be far less satisfactory. Doctors and Staff at Fownhope keep doing what you are doing, you are at the top of your game.
