The team here are amazing…all the staff front of house doctors medical secretary so helpful. I recently attended and my mum was unable to get up the stairs due to ill health get the staff were able to accommodate her to be seen downstairs instead of upstairs

The surgery has gone above and beyond for my wife in a recent medical emergency, when we called for this issue the secretary was both professional and compassionate and expidiated an appointment as an emergency, we were contacted and we explained what was going on and pain relief and advice was given, they couldn't have been more helpful, this is one of many amazing interactions with this surgery and staff and I couldn't rate it more highly

I am an OAP and fell badly in my garden, I rang the surgery who fitted me in almost immediately with a doctor and medical student I was thoroughly checked over and apart from bad bruising, OK. Kindness and support are the order of the day at this surgery.

Having been told to ring by 111 staff and ask for an emergency telephone appointment, the member of staff was dismissive, saying they couldn't understand why I was asked to phone them, as 111 staff knew they had no appointments. The phone tomorrow approach was unhelpful, especially after listening to the same message about the Nhs app for 20 minutes!
