Spoke to my doctor who was very engaging, patient and showed great empathy regarding my problem and went above and beyond to make me feel a lot better. Also the reception staff were as pleasant and professional as I have found them previously.

there is no appointment given after blood test, Also before we have been advised only to go online and book the appointment, i need to see the doctor after my blood test to discuss as i was in bad physical state around a month ago, so would like to discuss with the Doctor however there are no appointments available. Receptionist has advised saying if there is any red flag then Doctor will message or call, but i would like to see the doctor to discuss either there is an issue or no issue.

I can't say enough how amazing this doctors is! When ever I need an appointment I get one same day! I recently had a gastroscopy and prescription was needed, I didn't even need to phone to get an appointment to get prescription is was done when hospital sent report and they sent me a message to let me know it's been sent to pharmacy! Cannot recommend enough ! Doctors, nurses and staff are so lovely.
