Thanks to the patient care manager who is polite, respectful, professional and always ready to help; so efficient. She takes the time to patiently listen to me and explain everything clearly. The patient care manager always treats me with kindness and compassion; her passion for helping patients and their carers shines through in abundance. Thank you so much.

The best gp, I have ever used.good service. All year round. Doctors, nurses, and the entire, staff are great and friendly.They are very warm and welcoming here,as a matter of fact, they make u feel at home.what a great place to come to. I love it.

The GPS I’ve had contact with are very attentive and professional. However trying to navigate through the reception staff is a nightmare . Not only do they try and give medical advice and diagnosis for your symptoms, they also are very obstructive, rude and unprofessional when you call the surgery. Going to the reception in person is no better. They do not acknowledge you and carry on with their own conversations about their personal lives. This surgery is badly let down by the people who are the first point of contact in the true frontline - there is no customer care or empathy. They are dealing with ill people and need to show more kindness and consideration.

We are, however, incredibly sorry to learn about the negative experience you have had with our Patient Care team at reception. We understand just how important the team is as the first point of contact and are disappointed to hear that this has been your experience. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and are very sorry for any instances where you felt obstructed, or encountered rude and unprofessional behaviour. This is not in line with the standards and values our team works to uphold; we will address your concerns with our team and ensure that further training is provided. We will also reinforce our values of supporting our patients, maintaining a positive attitude, showing compassion, appreciation and treating everyone with respect with our entire team in our upcoming team meeting. I had an appointment yesterday & I was late due to traffic and also I called to gp nobody answered the phone, I been there around 10 minutes late however they couldn't find my son appointment time due to their system was down . I requested they see my son cause was unwell staff spoke to gp manager& doctor they didn't help to see my son even though I spoken manager she said she couldn't do nothinging about it call me later and give an call for another appointment its totally nightmare service got from them wheres we paid Nhs free they treat us so badly which is unpredictable & unprofessional.

Disgraceful. I asked about the results for my heart check. Few good minutes they told me "no", No record, no result. I left but I turned. I knew it's something wrong. I explained them again that all the details about the hospital appointment I have them from the desk, not letter or text, time, place,date. " The data has gone " I've been told. In 21 century?!? In the end they find the hospital test result, but I couldn't have it. Please rise your professional standard. It's unexptable. The secrecy of my own health is ridiculous. Do your job, that's all I ask. No test result, but if you insist they will find it. Ridiculous! I really hope that my heart is good enough until 28 of December when someone will bother to explain the result. Do you ackt in the same way always? If yes that's a tragedy.
