The phone was answered promptly, was dealt with very efficiently by friendly reception staff who allocated my husband an emergency appointment that morning. The doctor we saw was an excellent listener, we felt we were given ample time to discuss our concerns. The doctor then discussed possible treatment options with us, ensuring we were happy with the suggestions and that we fully understood what she was proposing.

Visited today for bloods, im unable to mention the nurses name but she is such a lovely, friendly, yet professional nurse. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she puts you at ease and never rushes you. Thank you to all the staff there

After both my husband and I experienced significant health issues, we can’t thank the Doctors who treated us enough. The Reception staff were so kind at a critical point for me and went that extra mile. Although it is hard to get appointments at this time of year especially I do think it is important to consider this in the context of wider economic and political climate which is often outside the control of individual members of staff. I think we have to remain kind and courteous at such extraordinary times. I want to thank everyone at the surgery for their ongoing care and kindness.

Today I found myself in a dilemma with an elderly parent. The help and support provided by the surgery can only be described as exceptional. Yet again the reception staff went above and beyond.This was followed by a home visit . Thank you to all concerned . Yet again wonderful caring and compassionate staff doing their very best for the patients.
