My partner was waiting for Phone consultation this evening and never got it. She received a text message saying she had missed her call but her phone never rang. She called the practice to get through to a very rude lady explained what happened and was told to ring tomorrow. She is waiting for important test and blood results. My partner was very polite and at no time raised her voice but the receptionist made her cry she passed the phone to me so i was speaking on her behalf. The receptionist kept say she doesn’t appreciate being shouted at which my partner didn’t even raise her voice. All she wanted was her test results so she said she would go and ask another Dr to look at them and then within seconds she had put the phone down on me. She was the one that was being rude and abrupt.

Send emails-not received, by either way, doctor does not answer questions when specifically asked-seems they want to pass the buck all the time!

1st time. 'Are you sure your not making it up?' Dr's response 2nd time. Made to wait at the surgery for 2 hours as I wasn't happy with a very rude nurse practioner who yet again 'because I can't see anything and I haven't chance to read ypur notes' sent me away! I have had the same condition for 6 years, I know my symptoms and what I need to resolve them. They've made me wait over 2 hours to get what I knew I needed in the first place!

The new system implemented for taking bookings and making appointments is terrible. Theres no way to speak to anyone, i just spent 36 minutes on hold to not get through to anyone. The new system is rigidly inflexible and doesn't accommodate anything but the most urgent of instances of needing an appointment, and then only if you're quick enough to get one that day before they close the system as appointments are all booked up. this is the worst GP care experience I've had, and ive not even got to a GP yet.

Appointment book over a month ago at Normandy for the 13th March 10.15, only to turn up this morning to be told there is no appointment book, need to re-book, now waiting another month. BP readings been taken all week, spoke to two receptionist and not one of them took the readings from me, which can be handed to the doctor???? What is going on? Never happened before. I have high BP and now waiting another month 😡

Attended an appointment with father on an urgent request. GP asked how can I help rather than I understand we have this issue and let’s talk about this. Pointless and a waste of time.

On 13 November my husband had a message from a GP to make a routine appointment to discuss some blood test results and when calling was refused and told they were unable to make an appointment and to use the new system in a weeks time. We are both appalled that they point blankly refused to make the appointment even though it was requested by a GP.

I have just wasted most ofthe morning waiting for a follow up telephone appointment. On calling the surgery (that demands a review of its own...!!), I'm told that the appointment has been cancelled without infoming me in any way. No email, text, phone call or letter (I doubt they know what that is). Utterly disgraceful service.

Soon after requesting a repeat prescription, I received a text from GP telling me to book an appointment for an annual medication review. I immediately did this but the first available appointment to get a simple blood test was 2 months away even though I can go at literally any time. When I requested my next renewal (a week or so before the appointment) I got a passive aggressive text telling me my review was overdue, and implying they would stop my medication.
