    All staff very friendly & helpful. When I was seen I was immediately put at ease by a very genuine, caring person who took a thorough and detailed history. At all times great communication. Made my necessary visit a pleasant experience. Thank you very much to all of you for what you do.

    Despite the pressure the Surgery is obviously experiencing I can't fault the continued care and attention to my ongoing issues. I'm treated with respect and courtesy and recently I had a call from a member of staff to check how I was even though I hadn't requested. Our Health Service is broken but I believe the Surgery always tries to help it's patients when it can

    I had to contact the surgery on behalf of my 88 year old mother in law regarding some stockings for her legs that are swollen and one has a dressing on thru gave her 4 but 2 got soiled and as we weren't told we had to wash them we discarded them she rang me to tell me in no uncertain terms she couldn't have any more and that she would have to wash them she was very rude this isn't the first issue we have had my mother in law is hard of hearing and needs her old hearing aids replaced audiology at St Albans were amazing said they'd send someone to her home but they needed her gp's surgery to check her ears for wax so my husband went round to tell them and they refused to do it even after audiology emailed her as well they are still refusing they are awful and I would rather not have a GP than go there

    I called the surgery to make an appointment for my baby but was told they were at capacity and I had to call 111. 111 referred me back to the surgery as an emergency and the team at Everest house responded really well putting me through to the doctor, my daughter was then seen that day by her own doctor. I was very pleased about this as the surgery was clearly short staffed but made sure to get her a quick appointment. I'm also really grateful that we still have assigned family doctors at this surgery, as I know many places no longer do. It makes a real difference to see a doctor who has known me since my childhood, who I trust and respect, and who now also sees my daughter. I feel Everest house is working really hard in very difficult times for the NHS.

    My wife and I have been with Everest house for over 45 years and while we have always been pleased with the service we have observed a highly noticeable improvement in the last year! Everyone is really helpful, friendly and kind in dealing with us. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go out of their way to ensure we get exactly what we need as patients. Our experiance today with your receptionist who is always happy and friendly to my wife who especially appreciated her help today in dealing with an urgent appointment. Added to this last week both of the nurses we dealt with were, as always very attentive in their dealings with us with a great sense of humour. We have changed to a new Doctor, who has does her best and the speed she has processed the procedures and special requests is much appreciated. We would like to thank you all for your help and support under the very difficult circumstances and expectations you have to manage with limited resources.

We have indeed been working hard over the last 12/18 months to recruit additional clinical staff, increase our appointments and change our daily operating model for allocating on the day appointments. Our staff have undergone many hours of training and worked through all the challenges and changes that we have thrown at them during this period and I will certainly share your kind comments about their professionalism and care towards patients.     Today I had to ring my GP surgery and I have to say how happy I am with the help I received. I had a few issues that needed addressing and I was given all the correct advice and information required. In fact, whenever I've needed to telephone in to the surgery or have visited, I've always found the staff to be quite lovely and very helpful. It can be difficult to get an appointment (particularly face to face), however this is the case everywhere and obviously they have no control over how busy it is. They all deserve a medal.

    As a perinatal mother I suffer with anxiety, my daughter is unwell and the paramedic who saw her as an emergency was absolutely amazing! They were extremely professional, thorough in there examination, caring and compassionate. I came away from the appointment feeling like my child was well looked after, and I'd like to thank you

    Despite finding it extremely hard to get an Appointment with a GP, the doctor I saw then managed to speak with the cardiology department within days of me seeing her and finding out a test result for me which I had been waiting 6 months for and worrying about. Thankyou for listening to me.
