My whole family has been registered at this practice for the past few years, and it has been nothing short of disastrous. Firstly, the receptionists are rude, and will ignore calls. I have been in the waiting room when personal and identifying information (names and details of conditions) about family members was discussed on the front desk phone. You cannot get an appointment when you need one, leaving me to the point where my health deteriorated so much that I have had to visit A&E once my condition had worsened to the point of being critical. The quality of care is abysmal, and from somebody who has seen how medics are trained I am shocked that this place is still allowed to run.

On 4/10/2023 I got my Covid jab. At Well Hall Surgery. Doctor gave it to me after twice shouting into my ear with his face pressed to mine. Later told he thought I was hard of hearing. So many people there it looked like a war zone! No choice of vacine. And no note given me after. Information still hasn't been put on NHSpass Covid Pass app.

With my previous GP after I've had a test at St Thomas's hospital and they've send the report to my GP. My GP would contact me to let me know the results soon as they receive it. Eltham Medical Practice has received my latest results (sitting in their tray), but I would have to make an appointment for my GP to open the letter and spend no more than 2 minutes to tell me the results of the test. Or I go in and pick it up myself, I can read it myself. Wait time 4 weeks!! Absolutely disgusting wait time in my opinion, can't imagine if it was something more urgent. I have no words to describe how disappointment I am with this service. Now I'm hogging as time slot 4 weeks away which I feel could be freed up for someone else, don't know how long their time slots are.

Review titled Repeat prescriptions are impossible

The practice no longer does repeat prescriptions over the phone. That’s fine, but doing it on the app or NHS website doesn’t work either. The prescriptions requests are either arbitrarily declined (no feedback as to why) or they are never actually sent off to the nominated pharmacy. It’s a shame, as the practice is generally well run otherwise.
