Review titled Does Anyone Ever Answer The Phone
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Dionne - Posted on 28 May 2024
I have tried to contact the surgery on a number of occasions over the last week to no avail. The phone just rings out... there are no announcements or explanation as to any issues so why is it they don't answer the call. If I am unable to contact then I will have no alternative but to go to the nearest walk in centre which is a waste of resources. I very rarely require the services of a GP but when I do I expect them to answer the phone .

Review titled Shared Care
Rated 3 stars out of 5

The surgery informed me that they would carry out shared care with Freeman Hospital, but have failed to come to a mutual agreement regarding blood monitoring for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. This is disappointing as up until now Freeman Hospital prescribed my medication and my bloods were taken and monitored by my GP without any problems.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your medication. I hope you now have medication to take you to your review with the GP in October. As you have remained anonymous I am unable to look into this incident further. I will pass your feedback onto the staff. If you would like me to look into this further for you please contact me at the surgery. Gillian Chapman Senior Practice Manager.
