As always my GP takes much care about me as though i am her only patient. She allowed me to explain my symptoms without rushing me & I felt relaxed & comfortable right from the start. As a result she was able to suggest the appropriate treatment for my condition & i was very much at ease when i left the surgery. I am by nature a very anxious person but felt calm on my way out.

I attended an NHS scan yesterday. Today my Gp phoned to explain the results in detail and to answer any questions. He listened positively, and explained the findings in clear language. He was empathic and kind. This is an amazing service that many other surgeries could learn from, judging by friends’ experiences.

The nurse who did my blood test was extremely kind, efficient & polite. Their attitude makes the patient feel at ease & gives a pleasant experience. Very grateful.

The vaccination clinic that I attended on 5 October was run extremely well, as with previous clinics. The throughput of patients worked really well with vaccinators being informative and helpful. The volunteers helping all the patients who attended ensured they understood all the paperwork and helped them as necessary.

I have just had the Doctor call me back to help me with my mothers hospital discharge findings and sort her medication and care going forward. I Cannot speak highly enough of the service I’ve received. Care, advice, action and an offer for me and my sister to go and see her to help with her ongoing needs. Thank you

Had Covid and flu jabs today. Extremely well organised, no queues, very efficient. Excellent gp practice, friendly doctors, good admin staff.

Very good doctors and the staff are very polite and welcoming. Well done!!! I have been a patient of this practice for over 27 years. Unfortunately, I have had several health issues but I have been well looked after at this practice. I have an enormous respect and regards for all of the people who work here.

I went to see a GP at this practice for a full check up of my bloods, urine, ECG etc because of heart scare. The GP was so empathetic, kindly spoken and listened to every word I said. She got all the tests done there and then.

I had a medication review yesterday, after having a blood test last week. It was really good to have the new tablets I’ve been prescribed, explained in detail (side effects etc). I always read the enclosed leaflet, but it’s so much nicer to be able to ask questions that apply to you, and not just the people surveyed. And especially in such a friendly manner, so well done Elliott Hall, I am a very satisfied patient!
