Don't look any further. Elizabeth Avenue is a really excellent practice. We needed help for my elderly mother who was suddenly very weak and the practice pulled out all the stops and got her help and gave us the advice we needed. Really recommended. Easy to get through to them by phone or online.

Totally nightmare trying to complete and consult. It kept telling me to phone the surgery then when I did I was told to fill in an e consult. Eventually someone did agree to do this on line for me. All I want is to speak to dr and possibly a blood test

Dear Amanda, I'm so sorry to hear you have had problems with our eConsult system. For the vast majority of patients, the system works very well and patients are either directed to the best clinician to help them are directed to other providers giving them a quick resolution. Please do try and use the eConsult system again and if you have any problems call the practice and one of our reception team will be able to assist you. Many thanks.

The administration team were extremely kind and diligent in retrieving my medical records which had not been successfully transferred from my GP practice. They have demonstrated diligence, courtesy and warmth with their patient care and true professionalism. A big thank you forgoing the extra mile

I completed an e consult this afternoon and within a couple of hours was called back by a very polite and friendly doctor who told me I could come in straight away. I saw him within 15 minutes, he examined me, gave me clear and reassuring diagnosis and advice and managing symptoms and things to watch out for. With all the news about how underfunded and overstretched the Nhs is right now I felt so lucky to be seen within the same day of requesting an appointment The reception staff are very helpful and friendly and I have seen approximately three doctors there all of whom I have found helpful, attentive and kind

I specifically had a recent issue with my HRT and was so grateful for the quick responses, solutions and ongoing care. Nothing feels too much. I have had other specific issues with an ongoing shoulder issue and this too was dealt with so efficiently and with such care. This is a brilliant practice and I feel immensely grateful and lucky to have it.

Having registered here in June of 2023, shortly after being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, my experience has been amazing. The reception/admin team are so efficient, always helpful. I use the e-consult to contact them and get a reply almost immediately. This is the best surgery I’ve ever been registered at.

I have been with Elizabeth Avenue GP since I was born and they have been so supportive to me. My daughter has also been there since birth and she is so comfortable at the surgery witch is perfect as she has autism so if she was not comfortable this could cause more problems. Honestly wouldn’t go to any other GP Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and the reception team for being so helpful.
