   I was anxious about my condition but the doctor was great, I felt listened to, the doctor was empathetic, and I was happy to know some tests would be arranged to investigate what's going on. I felt reassured at the end of it that progress was being made.

   Takes ages getting through. Unhelpful, reception staff sound bored on the phone like it’s an inconvenience that you have phoned. I am classed as vulnerable patient and still dismissed. No ounce of care, compassion do not care about their patients at all
