Always get too speak too my doctor whether face app or telephone ...I always get my checkups I am happy with my surgery

This tike I had a good experience with the GP that I saw. She was very understanding and spoke to me with respect. She listened to the problem and discussed the options with me whilst recommending treatment.

Very good very polite staff also my gp is very good very helpful I would recommend anyone there she read all my notes make sure I am ok before I leave

I have just been on a goose chase to find the medicine that was prescribed to me. Got sent a text saying it is at Bell Pharmacy - went there to find out it wasn’t stocked and now driving around from pharmacy to pharmacy to find a place that stocks it. Ridiculous - very disappointed in the service that I have received.

The Dr. looking after me was so so lovely she made me feel really comfortable and she was so sweet. Such a kind soul and I couldn’t recommend this practice enough.

My GP was incredibly thorough during my consultation, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions with patience and understanding. Their knowledge and expertise were evident.

I was delayed for 30 mins for my blood test. Normally they allow only 15 mins. The young lady at the table near blood test unit understood my problem and booked me in for test instead of rebooking for another appointment.. I was so happy that day for such a service
