Requested expert medical advice from GP on a long-standing medical condition involving long-term medication. Matter was redirected to a pharmacist whose knowledge of long-standing medical condition is obviously limited not being a GP or having knowledge of my history involving my illness. Advice given found to be similar to that of many years ago and would result in a repeat of frustration caused then. Communication rushed and most unfortunately found to be unhelpful on this occasion leading to a lack of expert opinion or any progress in resolving the issue. Most unusual to have found this on this occasion at this practice which normally shines in its professionalism and expert medical help, treatment and advice. Will just have to keep on keeping on and try not to be disheartened which is very difficult given my circumstances.

After speaking to the wonderful reception staff i got a phone appointment,after this i was advised to make a face to face appointment for 2/52. On the follow up appointment i was driving to the practice when i received a telephone call stating that i did not need to attend and this was just a review. The complaint i first attended with was not addressed and basically brushed off, not only had i wasted time driving to the surgery i was left feeling upset that my problem was just brushed aside and was made to feel that i had wasted the practitioners time.

been here for 5years since moving from london on every occasion we have been to this practice all members of staff whether medical or admin are treasures that deserve our respect and gratitude (and you're good at you're jobs) regards diane&alan

My experience of this practice is that they're doing an absolutely amazing job for their patients showing tremendous care and kindness in the face of very severe stress and lack of doctors, resources, etc. The care from the doctors at this practice is without doubt probably the best they could possibly be doing and I have no criticisms to make apart from that patients really should be encouraged to continue to consult and see a regular doctor on a regular basis and not be faced with the difficulties that can be caused by a different doctor with different opinions contradicting the firsts opinion and care, etc. Maybe this just has to happen nowadays but patients can suffer as a result and that is my only criticism, otherwise absolutely first class care from all of the staff and pharmacy included. They deserve nothing but our deepest appreciation and gratitude.
