Deputy manager at reception has a very bad attitude. Very awful way to speak to patients. This one receptionist shouts at you, for example I went today and asked for my letter. Which the receptionist had no clue about. Instead of apologising the receptionist was extremely rude. Dr naseef’s surgery has gone downhill because of this deputy manager working at reception. Very appalling. Have no manners whatsoever.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry you had this response from the surgery. Unfortunately my receptionist cannot remember this incident and we do not have a deputy manager at this practice. Could you confirm this was at Dr Naseef (formerly Dr Murthi) in the Pikes Lane Centre then I can look into this further?

This afternoon I went to the GP to see if any Dr. could see my daughter because she has had a back and chest full of pimples for almost a month. The receptionist spoke to me very very badly, telling me that I had to call the next day to make an appointment. , and I explained that 2 weeks ago they gave her antibiotics and the Dr. told me that if I continued with the pimples to come back, the problem is that this receptionist always makes a lot of trouble giving you an appointment, she answers very badly, and rudely.
