This review is intended to celebrate the excellent service I was offered by a member of the reception team at Pilch Lane Surgery, Initals se . S e answered my call and was immediately engaging she listened to query and was immediately professional and honest. Any areas of my query she wasn’t familiar with she took the time to investigate and/or escalate as required and went, in my opinion “above and beyond” in contacting me with updates over that and the following days. Being listened to and concerns being upheld and investigated in this way is vital to ensuring that patient confidence is upheld and se is doing an amazing job in insuring this for all patients at the Pilch Lane practice ! The doctor who I had an appointment with was fantastic! Friendly yet professional, discussed all of my concerns and had my test results in very quick time. The doctor called me with my results and explained them in detail answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend the practice!

Although the appointment was not running to time the doctor I saw was very thorough and explained everything to me. Also felt like I could ask questioned and took time to answer them.

Had a wonderful experience at this GP surgery. The doctor was incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the clinic was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this GP center for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care!

Phoned at 8am managed to get a telephone consultation. Spoke to the doctor and he fitted me in for a face to face appointment within 2 hours of my telephone appointment.

When I visited this day I was taken care of told about my illness in detail and I felt cared for which was good as I have a lot health issues thank you.
