After being one of the first appointments at 8:20, you’d think there will be no wait and no delay. Well after waiting for 15 after my appointment should have been I got called in just to see the doctor for a couple of minute. There was no one else at the surgery patient-wise thus i don’t understand why such delays. From all friends i have been told they have never been accepted on time at the practise.

Really good service ,great parking area, receptionist very polite and helpful the Gp was extremely helpful and gave me the help I needed. I would recommend coming here.

Got a face to face appointment on time. When seen, I felt listened to, proper examination and prompt intervention and referral done. My doctor is so pleasant and caring. Great admin team.

Doctor(s) have patience and always happy to help. The visit was smooth and my issue was resolved. Surgery is always clean

I've just had a check up with the nurse which was a pleasure and very informative. She was very thorough and reassuring and made me feel confident I had all the support I needed. It's not a chore to go to this surgery.

The Receptionist is always helpful and trying understands what the particular situation is. When is possible seen straight away and treated professionally with great care and kindness. Doctor listened and then explained certain things about medication which was reassuring. Happy with the service!

Saw locum Dr on 20th Aug. Was due to speak about possible high blood pressure and she immediately took steps to address this and sent me the A&E as BP was at dangerous levels. Very quick to see there was a serious problem and left untreated I suspect I would have had a serious issue within the next 48hrs. Fortunately the Dr's at a&e were excellent and explained how lucky I have been that my doctor wasted no time in sending me there. I'm extremely grateful for her swift action.
