Since the online review system has been introduced I have to say that no more queuing on the phone at 8 am and even though I was reluctant in the new system I have to say it work brilliantly. Whenever I was in need of an urgent appointment I completed the online form and there were moments when I was called back in 10 minutes with an appointment. The receptionists are very efficient at all times as well and ready to answer any questions and even help u with online form. Well done and hats off for all of you.

I had a review of my blood test and my daughter had an appointment with a Dr and she explained everything in good detail and made it all very easy to understand. She is a very nice and lovely lady.
