Being unwell for a long time under another practice, I dreaded the change and was very nervous about seeing my new doctor for the first time. The reception staff were so kind and helpful ... having attended hospital twice in the last 7 days, treated fro the wrong problems, then my hospital reports were sent by the hospital were sent to the wrong GP, causing more delays in my urgently needed care. I was extremely anxious and didn't feel anyone cared, nobody was listening and the care I needed was not for the problems I struggles with! I emailed the surgery early hours Sunday, on Monday, very promptly indeed, I was offered an appointment that morning. I saw the GP, he was so warm and kind, he listened to what I felt were my issues and I was offered a number of choices re a way forward. I had a voice, an unhurried appointment, and lots of genuine reassurance to help me cope with many health issues. It is indeed very comforting and 'good medicine' to know that somebody genuinely cares, and we are not made to feel a nuisance. I have a better type medication with the options of dosage and a change if need be, this is how good GP's used to be, where the appointment is about the patient, not a 'ten minute slot' regardless of your needs being met! Just being able to speak to the doctor, to be listened to and have a voice and the offer to return if I had any concerns or there was no improvement in my situation. It was indeed the medicine I needed. Having felt so low for such a long time, I had started to give up on life ... but not any more, what a fabulous team, what a fabulous doctor, I now know I can move forward and get the help when I really need it! A small surgery, but with the most kindest caring of doctors, warm & friendly staff and a lovely environment, shame they are so few and far between. Thank you for the emergency care you gave me today, just the kind fo genuine old fashioned service we all need! Bless you all.

My regular GP retired, having had some very poor care from new GP's, I had no choice but to make another change. I wanted a small surgery close to my home, with parking facilities. Having tried to register here before, I was out of area, but now able to register here, (on recommendation of my retired GP)! Not as close to my home as I planned, but with the addition of parking space, it didn't matter. I checked feedback, vital for anyone seeking a GP. This GP and the reception staff were so helpful, nice welcoming smile, very reassuring, the waiting areas clean and fresh, and all the facilities I could need. I felt I was dreaming, after some really poor shabby care over the past year, I felt I was in a very caring environment, the nurse was so friendly, and at last 'I felt I really mattered'! My history was checked, wrong information corrected, and I actually 'had a voice'! Great GP's are few and far between, and to find a surgery that really does care, is a rarity. I now have confident that I will get the right care and issues that have been poorly managed over the past year, will now be a thing of the past. I cannot thank the surgery enough, for making name feel valued and confident that I have now now made the right choice! Thank you so much to one and all, you provide an excellent service in a kind and caring environment, and one I hope you are all proud to be part of! It was my lucky day ... always check feedback, the patients voice really matters!

Dr Bekas Is rude and has no manners. I saw him twice since I registered in this practice and in both occasions came across rudely, making me feeling stupid and inappropriate. Today I went because I have a painful cyst on my breast, and because I was discharged only couple of weeks ago from the breast clinic, and got removed a 5cm and a 4cm cysts, I thought that probably I should have seen again. He starts to talk to me with insufficiency and telling me that I was anxious and that at the breast centre only woman with cancer should go. How a GP could treat a patient like that?

I couldn't be happier with this surgery. The staff is always kind and eager to help. The doctor is extra safe and the paramedic lovely and extremely prepared. I was there recently for a nasty chest infection. I was given an appointment on the same day and can already see improvements!

All staffs are friendly and accomodating. They all seems very knowledgeable in their skills. The phlebotomist who took my blood whom I think is a Filipino was excellent. His hands are very light and didn't feel pain at all to mention that my veins are hard to find. The gp explains everything about my concern in my consultation. Will always bein this clinic no matter what. Cheers.

I couldn't be happier with this surgery. Everyone is always smiling and polite. The doctor is extra safe and I feel that our family's health is in good hands.

Being a comparatively new patient to this practice I found the receptionists were very helpful, and the Doctor was very attentive and thorough in his examination which put me at my ease. I would definetly recommend this surgery.
