They say phone at 8am you allows get put on hold or the line is engaged by the time you speak to a receptionist they have nothing left, even if you explain you have a serious medical condition its still always ring back in the morning, plus most of the time the receptionists cannot understand you, I went in last week for a repeat prescription and I had to repeat my date of birth15 times. I ended up writing my name and date of birth on a piece of paper, also I have been on medication for years and am supposed to have a review every 12 months, they always say just leave it, in my old GP I had to see the the nurse every 3 months here I have not saw her once, I called in the surgery and explained I had serious problem and was told to ring at 8am, I often wonder what GPs do all day with walk in centres and 111 they have half the work yet seeing one is twice the work, I even asked could I book an appointment for a weeks time. No ring in morning
