    I explained my problem re my husbands discharge from hospital and lack of new medication. She dealt with it promptly and efficiently and I was treated with respect and made to feel that I was valued. My problem was solved within the hour. Thank you soooo much.

    Filled in an online enquiry form out at roughly 1pm. By 4pm the surgery had text to tell me the doctor had looked at it and booked me an appointment to see the doctor within a few days. Excellent and efficient service.

    Everytime I’ve phoned I’ve always spoken to a lovely receptionist and 9 times out of 10 get an appointment very helpful and friendly staff

    The surgery responded to me within an hour which I thought was quite a quick response. The receptionist was very helpful as well. Very happy.

    Every staff member I have had contact with has been kind and understanding. The doctors actually listened to my concerns and I felt had time for me. The reception staff are friendly and Work so hard and efficiently. I couldn't ask for better treatment in these very difficult times for our amazing NHS
