wanted some medication applied online waited 2 weeks only to be told that it need doctors authority took 9 weeks to get a telephone appointment no time given. missed the call advised it will another 4 weeks. asked for a one to one - advised that its not possible then with out warning or a letter i was removed from the list amazing after waiting 38 min on the phone just to be declined

The receptionists were great. Really helpful. Easy to get an appointment. I’m a new patient in the practice and am impressed!

I tried to call from 8.30 am for an appointment for my 3 years child. I did not get the line. GP is close to my house. I went to GP. I was told, they did not take any bookings directly. It has to be through a phone call. Suggested me to take Walk-in-Centre, if I do not get a phone line or emergency. Ridiculous ................ This GP was really good till 2015 or 2016. Day by day, it is going down in every aspect. Because of my children, I have to use this GP. Otherwise, I do not want to use this, even if I am ill.
