The online booking system goes weeks in advance with no appointments. Unless you are able to call at 8am and wait on hold (ie don't have school run or getting to work to worry about) it's impossible to get an appointment, there's no point being registered here.

Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry you experienced difficulty obtaining a face-to-face GP appointment. I would like to reassure you that our staff are working at maximum capacity to provide the best level of care we can with the finite resources available to us, and as stated above, we are constantly striving to make improvements to our appointment system to improve capacity. Unfortunately demand for GP/clinician appointments will always be greater than our appointment availability, as outlined above we have recruited additional skilled specialist staff in an attempt to broaden our appointment availability for our patients. We do also offer appointments you are able to book in advance. If you would like to discuss this further, please could you contact the practice.

I had my first smear test today and my clinician made me feel so relaxed and made the whole process quick and easy. She explained everything about the process and my appointment was done within ten minutes!
