I have nothing but praise for this surgery. They’ve always seen my children whenever Iv needed an appointment the same day and the GPs have all been respectful, kind and thorough with their assessments. The reception team are always friendly and helpful. A lot easier to get through on the phone compared to my old surgery.

I have to say the care given throughout my experience with this surgery has been exemplary. From the person who answers the phone to the GP ..keep up the great work guys

Phoned the surgery and was initially offered a telephone appointment for 7th October, once I explained the problem the receptionist said I’ll put a call through to the locus at valley view which I thought was amazing, and within 10 minutes the locus at valley view called me and asked me to come within aroun an hour that was on 30th September, he completed a thorough examination and offered me a blood test and the whole experience was handled quickly and made me feel that patients are being treated as patients again . Vey impressed,
