    I recently had an appointment where the sonographer, unfortunately, was quite unkind and impatient during my scan. Although I don’t recall her name, she was of South Asian ethnicity. Every time I asked a question, she seemed agitated, which made me feel uneasy and not reassured about the process. As a patient, I believe it’s important to feel supported and informed, especially during medical procedures. And as a registered nurse who has worked for the nhs, I understand the importance of patient care and communication. It was really disappointing to experience this lack of empathy, especially during such an important procedure. Overall, this experience left me feeling quite anxious.

    Thank you for your review. Although this service is delivered out of the premises of Cuckfield Medical Practice, it is not actually a service provided by the practice. Feedback would need to be sent to the community ultrasound team which is managed by Sussex Medical Chambers.

    I used the e consult and got a face to face appointment next day. I felt I was listened to and given appropriate advice.

    Having gone through quite a difficult couple of years when it was very difficult to even talk to a GP, let alone see one,my recent experiences have been extremely good.I have had face to face meetings with three different GP's over the past month, each of whom have been marvellous. They listened, clearly cared and gave me wholly constructive advice. I could not have asked for better treatment. So, full marks and thank you.
